Spinal Decompression

Definition

Gentle, controlled stretching of the spine on a specialized traction table. It creates space between the vertebrae, to ease pressure on the discs and nerves. It is non-invasive, usually takes a series of sessions, and works alongside other care. Hogle Chiropractic examines you first to see whether it suits your condition, for example a bulging or herniated disc, or back pain that travels into the leg.
